| Post subject: | 2009 AGM Meeting |
I am being a bit early in announcing this, but feel it is necessary to make sure everyone is aware of the time and place of the meeting. I also didn't want anyone to be confused about the fact the meeting won't be happening at the 16 NAC in July in CORK (assuming all goes well with the bid process) 2009 AGM will be in Lake Havasu on Tuesday Nov 10. There will be a call in feature as well, but as this is a MEGA, I would assume the most of the Division chairs will be there (hint, hint hint) Thank you cw |

Thank you Chris for the notice. I've confirmed conference rooms equipped with conference call capability are available at both the Nautical Inn and the Island Inn. Having viewed both rooms previously, I believe there will be a lot of room for any parties interested in sitting in. The Lk Havasu YC also may have the conference call capability, and if so, we may do this there. |
