Dear All, The Hobie Cat 16 World Championships in Fiji was announced just over a week ago. With ½ an hour the first entry was taken. Now we have paid entries from North and South America, South Pacific, North and South Africa and Europe . These worlds will be big so don’t leave your entries to the last minute. We have only 56 boats for the Grand Masters/ Masters series and also for Women/Youth. It is strictly first in and paid gets the boats so don’t delay as entries are filling up fast. | Post subject: | Pre-Qualified Spots |
Brent Details will be announced in the near future. The basic summary for determining pre-qualified spots is as follows. We have 17 spots for the NA region. One third will come from the H16 Ranking System. One fourth from the previous H16 North Americans. The remainder from the current H16 North Americans. You can also compete in the qualification round at the Worlds. Those spots are first come first serve. Bob Merrick HCA Chair |
