In the HCA rule book pg 35, under Appendix A: 6 POSITION WHEN RACING
When racing, no part of the torso of the helmsperson shall pass the centre line of the boat.

What does this mean? And why.

Did you notice what it said just under the "Appendix A"?

TRAPSEAT GUIDELINES FOR THE HOBIE 16

ie. special rules for disabled sailing

I thought they never found him. We need good mafioso types again. Keeps things honest.

I saw it was in the Trapseat part, and I saw the disabled part, but didn't think they were one and the same.

I'll stop asking questions now. :wink:
