What is the correct size line for the up haul and what size hole must be drilled. Ahab |

Got the hole drilled (5/32) but looks like I need a counter bore or recess to fit the square knot? worked great last night on the shake down, two races last night and took a 4th and a 1st but pulled too hard on the last down wind leg and the half hitch pulled apart letting the board come almost all the way up! Any advice? Ahab |

The other JB told me... "use 5/32" amsteel line and drill a hole slightly bigger than 5/32". Tie off with a figure 8 knot. Works for me. Noticed you haven't registered for the Worlds yet...pre-reg deadline is August 1. It'll cost $150 more after that." |
