Hi, I bought used Wildcat. There is lots of systems that I didn't catch up.
Did someone play with lenght of thiny white rope (barber) on a clew side? I know the theory, more loose is better downwind. But how you can trim it in race? What is ideal white rope lenght?
Also is it truth wnen you loose few centimeters from top, gennaker will be more full with wind?
I have spliced rope tensioning gennaker poole. Seller tell me that purpose of that is to rise or down pool end, depending on mast rake. How the hell I gona do that, and why.
