Hello,
I am trying to purchase a Hobiecat boat cover for my Tiger and see there is a North American HobieCat version and a European version. From the pictures on the web page the European one looks much better. Is this just the pictures or has anyone seen the European one?
When i spoke to my Hobie dealer he was not interested in finding a price for me on the European one. I found that kind of strange.

moyra,

Try Salty Dog Marine (www.saltydogmarine.com) in Michigan. They have both trailerable and storage covers for the Tiger. Good, form fitting product. I let them use my boat as a pattern template last winter. Much nicer than the Hobie USA/Europe stuff.

Hi,
I have a euro tiger cover that I bought from Surf City that I am not going to use. It is new and still in the bag. If you still need a cover let me know. My email address is [email protected]

Moyra and John,

I know this is off topic but.... I am very interested in ice sailing. I built an ice boat several years ago and have enjoyed it very much. I had no idea there were any others in the area. Please send me a message off line and we can talk ( adrio at rogers dot com )

Too bad this is off topic. Just finished browsing the excellent website from the Nepean SC, www dot nsc dot ca. Go down to Ice boating, they do it right off the dock! Way to go.

Happy holidays all, and let it get cold, really cold, so we can ice boat across the Ottawa River.

Only five months to sailing the cat again.
