As most of you know by now, Div 4, Fleet 214 (Vancouver) and Fleet 263 (Kelowna) are hosting the North American Championships for the H17, H18 and Tiger Class boats at Harrison Hot Springs this summer. August 25-29 to be exact. Registrations are coming in, including one from Australia. We want to make this the most successful and memorable event for years to come. We do however, need 2 things from the division members. 1)Volunteers: If you are planning to attend the weekend regatta, and are able to stick around for the week and help us out, let me know either through the website or email me directly. 2) Racers!: If you are planning to attend as a competitor, SIGN UP! Go to the registration page, fill out your form and sign up! We have so far: 4 17's, one from the Division (alberta) 7 18's, 3 from the divison 4 Tigers, all from the division So let's get your names on the forms (mine's already there) and on the list. Help us to make this the best event ever and show the rest how we do things up here in the Pacific Northwest! thanks |
