Hobie "Go Fast" full harness
I would like to thank the Hobie Forum for the Full Trap Harness that I won for being the 1000 person to join the Group. I tried it out today at Fleet 204's (Syracuse, NY) Mad Hatter Race Clinic. I was really pleased with the ease of dressing; the ratchet adjustment was quick and simple. My current high tech full harness takes forever to get it just right, than never stays that way. The Hobie harness was incredibly efficient on the wire. I was very pleased with the height of the hook, it was adjusted perfect for my center of gravity. The freedom from the huge sailboard type spreader bar is heaven. The smaller bar with the ratchet lock gives the performance I need without the feeling of being in traction. The Hobie Full Trap Harness gets a 5 out of 5 on the Appel meter.
