Notice of Race Wet ‘n Wild 2010 DATE: May 15 & 16, 2010 LOCATION: Woodward Reservoir, Oakdale , CA CONTACT: Mike Little (209) 466-4668 / [email protected] Rich Vilvens (707) 932-6865 / [email protected] REGISTRATION: Saturday, 8:30 – 10:00 am SKIPPER’S MEETING: Saturday, 10:05 am FIRST RACE: Saturday, 11:15 am Saturday Night dinner DIRECTIONS: Click here for a map, or here for driving directions ACCOMODATIONS: Woodward Reservoir, Fischer Point camp area Camp near the water by your boat, first come basis reserved whole Fisher Point camp area. $50 for the whole weekend. You may arrive Thursday night and leave Monday morning, Boat and camping covered in this fee. Pay Fleet 20 at site DO NOT PAY AT GATE. Do not add to registration fees. Just tell them you are at Fischer Point with the Fleet 20 Special Event. Motels located nearby in Oakdale, 10 minutes from race site Current 2011 boat registration is mandatory! ELIGIBILITY: Hobie Class One Designs,NAF-18, Hobie Class Association of North America (HCANA) membership required (join or renew online at http://www.hca-na.org) RULES: ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing 2009, IHCA Class Rules Sailing Instructions available at registration DINNER TICKETS: Adults $10.00, children under 12 $5.00 RAFFLE TICKETS: $1.00 each, 12 for $10.00, or 25 for $20.00 Raffle includes gear from Surf City Catamarans, Hobie, Zhik, Catsailor.com, OnlineMarineStore.com, West Marine, Murrays Marine. Dinner tickets will be sold on site please do not add to registration. FYI - Indeminity agreements are not allowed under US Sailing Prescriptions to the Racing Rules of Sailing. Quote: 82 INDEMNIFICATION OR HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENTS US SAILING prescribes that the organizing authority shall not require a competitor to assume any liabilities of the organizing authority, race committee, protest committee, host club, sponsors, or any other organization or official involved with the event.
