Does anyone know where updates, blogs, results, and photos are going to be posted for the Hobie 16 North Americans?

Daily reports will be posted to the HCA-NA website - http://www.hca-na.org and the FaceBook page for the event - http://www.facebook.com/pages/2010-Hobi ... 4610311254

We've got a Twitter account set up, but we don't know if we'll use it or not. Depends on if we have cell service on the water. If we do, we'll be posting mark roundings / finishes during the races. We'll also be able to post results up during the day. Otherwise, we'll do a information dump each day when we can get Internet access in the evening.

Races are off! 50 boats registered. First shape at 11am.

This is truly an international event, there are teams from Guatemala, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all over the U.S.

The sky at night is completely filled with stars; the only time I've seen more is while sailing offshore. The wind blew all night and the temp is perfect, around 80 degrees.

There is absolutely no meaningful 3g within 13 miles of the event site.

I snapped a ton of pics and will be posing them eventually. I think that Bounds, McVeigh and others are going to be posting official reports.

Wow!...Those are some GREAT photos.
Spoke with Jim Sohn last night. He said they got 4 races in Wednesday, 5 on Tuesday and 5 on Monday...so lots of racing so far.
He said Wed. was double trap the whole day...and was blowing like stink the first 2 races....caused some boat breakage even.

So far, things were going well, dinner/food was excellent, and the wind was perfect. Said the venue was a little difficult on entering and exiting the beach area....but manageable.

Wish the Wilson's were there instead of here! LOL.

Is there a link to a Final Results somewhere? I've tried to look through all the F.B. posts and reviewed our class website both home page and Major Events section...I can't seem to located them.
I did see who won, but would like to see a complete results.

Appears that there was ZERO racing on Friday, so Day 4 results would be final.
