Tremendous job! Awesome weekend. Really brought back memories of the good ole days. And I was just a spectator.

Team Figueroa was amazing and it was great to see the new blood coming onto the scene. Enrique is a great ambassador to this sport...very approachable, friendly and open about his philosophy.

I haven't sailed in 10 years...but this weekend convinced my wife and kids that my happiness and chemical balance is directly related to my time on the water. You guys in Cat44 are in trouble...I'm coming back with a new Hobie 16 and blood in my eyes!

What a great job you guys and gals of CAT 44 did!!!! It was done the way it should be done. Where were all you 18 sailors? I was there but no one to race with. You all missed a great regatta. I see a lot of posts about bringing back the 18 fleet, but you must show up in order for us to survive. I was invited up to Daytona this summer, told you have a good 18 fleet there but no one came to Laurderdale, makes me wonder. Anyway, thanx CAT 44 I had a blast. Jim Graves.

This is the best cat sailing location on the East Coast.

The last time I was there was 1973! It was like a time warp. Congratulations to Cat 44 for keeping it alive in Ft. Lauderdale.

The only thing missing was Chris Christensen and Tom Wickenhauser.

Well thank all of you for coming, it was a proud moment when everytone hit the water for the first race on Saturday. Last time we had a regatta here was when I was only a young sailor. I hope we can continue the tradition in years to come.
