Does anyone know if there's a standing rule that states something like: Youth sailors can accept assistance on the water from a safety boat and continue racing without being penalized. There should be. |

There's no "standing rule". It would have to be written into the Sailing Instructions. Quote: 25 SPECIAL NOTES
25.1 Youth teams may request assistance from a member of the race committee without it being considered a breach of rule 41. This changes rule 41. |
