When checking with our local hotel, they mentioned they did not have even one reservation that they knew was for the Hobies/OSYC June event. Whether anyone is staying there yet or not, you might wish to make it known that the connection to the OSYC needs to be mentioned in order to obtain the discount. Depending on room chosen etc, the discount can be up to $50 a night! Please note they have great lighted parking for trailers and extra parking areas. This is the place located on a golf course about a mile or so from the club. It was our first recommendation as a place to stay. If anyone is staying there and has not mentioned the connection, please advise them that they might not get the discount upon check in-it needs to be reserved with that particular status-so please call and arrange asap.
