Are Dacron Sails One Design legal? I'm needing to order some new sails for my 18 and looking for the best sail for the money, new or used. I don't want to buy one i'll later regret.
Thanks.

Dacron or mylar - the only thing that matters for class racing is that they're made by Hobie Cat.

For a stock 18, I think they only make dacron.

For an 18SX, the original sails were mylar - I'm not sure if they're still making them.
