What are the rules regarding fleet advancement? When I used to sail sabots, it was when you win 3 regatta's. I have heard that it is supposed to be 3 regatta's in one season, but nobody goes by this anymore. Thanks |

Years ago it used to be 1-1st, 2-2nds, or 3-3rds in the same season. Recently I think they decided that there should be a minumum number of boats in the fleet to accept it as official. You can also move up on your own if you choose. If you think that someone should be registering in A-Fleet and are not, give them $#*% until they are tired of hearing it. Later, Dan |
