There are also photos on the HCANA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/media/albums/? ... 0776671509), and there's coverage on PressureDrop (http://pressure-drop.us/forums/).

Picket Fence so far (111111111) ... doesn't get any better than that. When your throw-out race is a first place - everyone else is in real trouble.

The finishes are not close. Today, in the one race we had (too windy and cold), he had a 2 minute lead in a 47 minute race.

Pointing higher and sailing faster. Also sailing smarter when it comes to the current (lots of it in SF Bay).

I think mmadge meant, what is in his secret sauce to point higher and sail faster?

And smoking the locals who should know the currents. Obviously the man should be deified and placed in the Hobie pantheon.

There is a pic of him in front of the AC-45 I think he had just past Oracle 5.

He must of found a new gear, as he was not this dominant in Kingston. I was feeling pretty good there as I beat him to A mark in a couple races.
What I noticed was he was very quick down wind. He was much more active with his mainsheet .also his boat trim on all points of sail was perfect.
