Post subject:  Multi-hull Class in Junior Olympic Regattas'

This is the time of year that the planning for your 'local' Junior Olympic Regattas starts. Here in Div11 we have in the last three years participated in the CBYRA or BBYRA Junior Olympics successfully... and will be doing so again for a 4th year this year. Please go back and read your 'Summer 2012" Hotline ... just look at the cover w/ those huge smiles on Colette's and Hailey's face's cause that is what it is all about !!!!

Which particular boat used doesn't matter ... Wave ... H-16 ... F-16 ... number of boats doesn't really matter either .... (remember a sailboat race is defined as 2+ sailboats sailing against one another ...)

Just say, "you're going to do it" ... put your head down and get to "facilitating" ... these events happen on the "local" level ... so it takes "locals'" to make it happen ...

Please contact Mrs Lee Parks at US Sailing, Christine Bradshaw/ HCA-NA Youth Sailing Director, or myself (I'm not hard to find...) and we'll help get you started ...

Get involved w/ Junior Sailing ... it can be "work" but afterwards ... you'll be smiling until the next year when you do it all over again !!!
