Wow Tim sounds nice. Have you made up a poster or notice that you can get put up at HCNW and SSP?

I haven't been sailing in the Gorge before. What kind of wind will there be that time of year?

Oh ya your post at 2:39 am, your up early or late.

Hi Mike,

There is a downloadable NOR lonked to at the top of the post (and the page on our site). I'll contact HCNW and SSP and have them put it up if they're willing!

Winds tend to be medium and build throughout the day but conditions can also be very extreme - 25kts+ with gusts to 35 or more. You can sail it but you have to be prepared! We planned a 2-day event for this reason - if Saturday's winds are not looking condusive to a distance race, we can postpone to Sunday. Whichever day we don't race will be a fun-sail and exploration day (or a 'take a trip to the falls or climb Beacon Rock day' if it is really, really nuking).

And yes, up late.
