So the last few days here in NZ there has been not much wind to speak of.

I had these days scheduled to use my TF with a friend visiting from overseas, but alas, after three full days sailing the winds were in the 3-8 kt range and there was only 1 point where I was on the foils and only for about 20 seconds (achieving 16.9 kts)

The worst part is there were two foiling moths that were on the foils practically the whole time!! (they only way about 35kgs!!)

So - this whole episode got me thinking about a lighter (CF Trifoiler)

I'll start a thread on that topic..
