Post subject:  Ordered New Bravo need help to adjusting bunkers trailer

I after much thought and consideration have bought a Bravo, It will be Shipped to my Home but in the mean time I am in the process of modifying a trailer to fit. Can somebody measure the inside distance between the hulls, and the distance on centerline of the keel between the hulls.

Just measured mine, 44.5 inches between the center line of the keels and 27.7 inches between the inside of the hulls at the narrowest point.

Thanks Charlie,

I want to have a bunk where the keel is and a vertical one that will keep the boat centered on the trailer against the inside of the hulls, of course I will have to make all final adjustments with the boat on the trailer.

Thanks for these measurements! The new Bravo I'm picking up tomorrow morning will be living on a boat lift, and I needed to adjust the bunks to fit it; can do that tonight :-) This should be the ultimate in laziness - lower the boat lift, pull out the sail and go sailing!!

I think I will be able to sail more often (stolen bits of time) when I don't have to mess with rigging a sailboat every time I get a free hour or so...

And just like that! I paddled the Bravo home from the boat ramp (yes - I know they're supposed to sail.... but I was short on set-up time) and it settled in sweetly on the boat lift I rearranged last night! :D

Actually - it paddled quite nicely!! Not as much of a barge as I had anticipated - I can see how it's going to sail easily in a light breeze. Tonight (hopefully) I'll have time to set up the mast/sail and get them placed on the boat.
