Aside from the obvious fiberglass versus rotomolded and the mast stepping with forestays, they were similar. The Bravo is far superior in durability and ease of use. I am not sure if the Bravo is faster - seems likely they are likely fairly even - I hink the Bravo's sail is similar.

If you have a chance to buy a monocat that would be cool, they are pretty rare.

Difference from an Opti? Like a rocket ship!

Both are somewhat similar to the Laser in speed.

The Mono Cat is notorious for being super heavy due to water absorption. They are near impossible to drain and dry once water logged. The construction is thermoformed ABS. Parts are no available. If in good shape and with all the parts... a fun boat.

The Bravo is the modern mono cat. Roller furling (unstayed) main. Super quick and easy to rig. Easy to sail.

Looks really good! Must have been stored away.

All the parts there... not heavy? Looks like it could be good.
