Post subject:  Rudder System

I had tried a Bravo with the old rudder system and work fine. The new one I never saw one, but in the instructions they say that a locking pin must be used in the upper position to prevent the rudder drop down. Maybe the locking of this new rudder is not so good.
Anyone have experience with this new rudder system, and how it works regarding the old one?

Post subject:  Locking Pin

The "Locking Pin" referenced is just used when the boat is in storage. The EZ Loc rudder system has proven to be the simplest and most reliable system. This is now standard on the Bravo, Wave and Getaway. Simple up down action. Lower maintenance.

from a dealer standpoint I love the new system. There is no problem with the rudder staying up even w/o the locking pin out. then only thing I don't like about it is I will not sell as many rudder cams! great system, great boat, very well thought out, on of out best sellers.
