I'm toying with the idea of using a Bravo mast and sail on my Adventure Island in light wind.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any Bravos around where I live. Before I actually place an order for the mast and sail, I would need to know both the outside diameter of the Bravo's mast (bottom section if it's tapered), the length between the mast base and the bottom of the furling unit, as well as the thickness of the mast wall (I need to determine whether I can replace the cup base of the Bravo with the pin base of the AI).

Any Bravo owner out there who can help me with these measurements?

I know this is an old thread, but in case it’s helpful to someone.
The opening for the mast ball is 1.6”. Without the mast ball receiver, the inside diameter of the mast is 2.5”
I ordered a 2.5” nylon cap to cover the top of the mast and it was the exact size and I ended up shoving it inside. Works if that’s were your storing the battens.

Probably unrelated to the original point of this post, but if you cut 4-5” off your standard pool noodle, you can squish it into the top of your mast. I put the remainder of the pool noodle onto the mast ball (as if it were the mast) and shoved a beach umbrella down the hole. Turns your bravo in a covered beach chair.
