What a headache!!
I have booked camp sites twice for our group from Fleet 259, only to have the Park service cancel the reservations.
I booked first at College Campground back in February and the Park Service Canceled them in April. Then I rebooked in Rancheria in April and the Park Service canceled those yesterday.
Evidently the Park service is closing both of these complete campgrounds for reconstruction.
If anyone has a campsite that they are not going to use for the Mile High Regatta please let me know. I had 5 sites booked and now there is nothing available in all of Huntington. Very frustrated as our Fleet/group is just getting reformed and this was good time to introduce some new sailors to the Hobie Ways.
