Let's see who can get a more efficient set-up method, resulting in a quicker (but safe) trailer-to-water time. The goal here is to share all the secrets we develop and end up with a more enjoyable/efficient/accurate set-up sequence that others could use. No holds barred (well, except, no dangerous or risky maneuvers). My motivation? My boat lives in my backyard and I've got teenagers...always trailering - no mast up storage anywhere. I figure there's probably a base-minimum time/plateau can't get passed.
Will do my first official timing Sunday afternoon. Pictures necessary. This will be my base time.

This sounds like a great idea, at least for the rest of us if we can tap into your knowledge and experience!
I myself have two options.
1. Leave it in the water for the summer. This is the easiest.
2. Trailering it mast up 300 yards or so. Hopefully this is possible. There are no overhead lines but there are trees everywhere...
Or perhaps I can store it mast up at a local sail-club? I don't know yet. Taking the mast down does not seem like an option. But even at the club I would need to have the cat on the trailer. A 21SE is not something I can pull out of the water on a steep ramp by hand
