Fantastic! That's exactly what I needed. I've seen a few mounts now and none have been the same. It looks like someone built the additional wooden bits for yours to mount the 4hp motor. I appreciate the effort. I'll get stock ordered and be on the way to making my own.

How well does the 4hp push your boat along? Is it in the way while not in use?

I didn't have the gps with me. But the 4hp pushed us fast enough with four to easily complete a bridge crossing. i would estimate 5-6kts. i will try and find the gps for this sundays run.

The little block under the arm kicks the motor up when not in use and it holds it out of the water for sailing. But, I did have a problem with the mother getting swamped when at full throttle. I don't know if its a problem but waves do hit the top of the motor casing at high speed.

I have a complete motor mount from my 21SE that will work on a 21SC. $200 plus shipping from Nags Head, NC.

Just wondering I saw a photo of a 4hp on a cheeta mount, can it handle it ok ? I only have a 2 hp Homda but would love to use a bigger 4 hp
