would like to start the conversation with anyone that has experience with new sails old sails , what has worked and what wasnt such a good idea as far as sails and lofts. It is a buying choice that i dont want to have to make very often so am trying to get input on what works for this type boat 21 se, and recreational go fast sailing, and who makes it best. What was standard equiptment when they were new, I believe mine was mylar, it is the red/yellow vertical cut. and an aftermarket dacron jib from calvert sails. in my opinion after 22 years of age it isnt really bad , just starting to show its wear and delaminations. allso square top verses pin top..
Thanks in advance for any input
Ted
