found a used smyth sail the owner said it was used on a 21 dimensions are luff 28'6" foot 8 ' 8" my stock hobie all used up sail measures 29'6" luff foot 8'9' do after market sailmakers make sails this much smaller or is this sail made for some other boat? what kind of performance issues would I deal with if i were to use this sail it looks like the foot of sail would be above the area where sail feeds into the mast. lots of room for downhaul? would this have been for a 21 sc??? any input would be greatly received Thanks Ted |
