In preparation of my Children coming for spring break next week, I made two shelters for our 21 SC so we may camp out on the beach.
The forward stateroom is a Coleman expedition tent for my twin girls Rachel and Daltry (age 9).
The aft cabin is an open-air canopy for my son Sawyer and myself, that I fabricated from a heavy duty tarp (cutting & reinforcing 'slits' for the shrouds). It goes over the boom (sail not present at time of photo) and wraps over both wing-seats.
Two all-purpose tarps cover the forward hammock and main trampoline, respectively, so we are not sleeping on wet (or dried) salt-water.
Both tent and canopy have Coleman queen-size air mattresses (which I personally tested last night sleeping outside) and are very comfortable!

Perhaps an alternative for those wishing to camp on their SC 21 :D

I thought about just setting a tent up on the trampoline. I think it would probably be more cost effective than making one, probably weather the elements better too.
