Called Fogh Marine in Toronto to get replacement halyard block for bottom of mast.
Block H082 Padeye 11920011. No longer available. Suitable replacement ? Was looking at the Harkin 16MM forkhead block (#376) or the 16mm block (#404). Any recommendations ?
Cam cleat springs has finally gone on the traveler. Dos anyone know if the cam cleats are custom or just the Harkin 150 Cam-Matics ? Can pick up the rebuild kit which will still provide required parts (spring, ball bearings) for pre-1993 cam cleat

Part numbers changed last winter to consolidate to what is used in boat production:

H082 is now 31640000

11920011 is not a Hobie SKU.

Matt

Thanks for quick response. Will call Fogh again.

Took traveler cam cleats apart and the lots of the top level ball bearings had shattered, allowing the cam cleat to move up and free of the spring which was fine.
Quick fix was redistributing remaining ball bearings to stop cam from riding up. Ordered 150KIT from Fogh and will replace all the old bearings with new.

Love my 21SE. New sails and tramp last year. There are 3 on our lake up in Ontario

Be sure to use the right block....I once installed a slightly larger block there and it caused problems until I switched it out.
