Just traded for an i9s with no info. which chambers inflate first and what are the max. pressures---I have the hobie hand pump also the valve in front is different--why Thanks for any help---David

Don't inflate the front cap - that is a vent area and not designed to be inflated - you will just fill the three chambers through the valves that are located in the read of the kayak. Th Hobie hand pump is a high volume pump and once it gets stiff - you are there, there isn't a good way to measure PSI, but you can feel it by touch that its full - and the pump will no longer add air.

Also; remember not to use an electric pump to fill, just to start the process if necessary. Electric pumps will continue to fill and split a seam!!!
There is a user manual somewhere in the hobie site... Go there and search the site....
