OK can anyone tell me what the hook (white) that is on the top rear edge of the sail is for on the i12?

Also has anyone ever used "figure9" for a quick tightening or the guy lines when rigging the sail?

And has anyone experimented with a jib?

I love this kayak.

The hook is for keeping the sail furled / rolled on the mast for storage. The mainsheet line has a knot about 4-6" from the clew that locks in the hook.

....you've got to build it. Do a search to find my other posts, more pics and details. Good luck.
