Post subject:  i9s rudder control question

While propelling my new i9s using the Mirage drive, the rudder control requires fairly constant attention. I basically have to keep a couple of fingers on it at all times or I loose my heading and the kayak starts to turn right.

It would be nice not to have to hold it and free up my left hand for other duties (like rigging fishing tackle while moving between locations).

Can anyone suggest a way to tension or hold the rudder control to maintain a heading?

If the lines are a bit loose, it can wander. Tension the steering lines at the rudder.

Tension equally.
