I purchased a i12 in late summer 2010 and am now using it as a tender for my sailboat presently cruising in Puerto Rico. I have had a slowleak in the port chamber since purchase, but have not been able to locate the source. The leak recentely incresed significantly so that it defates approximatley 1/3 in 10 minutes. I reran the leak tests from the manual and found that the valve is leaking.

1) How can I remove/ tighten the valve without the special tool mentioned in the manual?

2) How do a arrange to get a replacement valve?

I can be most easily reached at [email protected], however the website login would not let me use that email address.

Thanks,
Bob H
