Has anyone tried to adapt the LiveWell for use on the INFLATABLE MODELS? I have the 12' model. Thanks, Dave :)

Inflatables are very stable, so you might just have to use the seat tie-downs loops to secure the bait tank to keep from sliding. Just my thoughts. Good Luck

The Hobie livewell is designed to use the scupper holes on the rotomold kayaks for intake/outlet. Check out this video on YouTube:

The scupper holes on the inflatables are (much) smaller & different spacing (I think). They also seem to be angled on my boat. To use the Hobie livewell you'd need to adapt the intake & outlet to go over the side somehow. You'd also need to raise the livewell somehow to accomodate this. You might also need a way to prime the pump since the draw would be several feet rather than straight up a short intake pipe.

It's a recurring annoyance that the scupper holes are so small & delicate on the inflatables. Aside from the livewell problem, I find the ride really wet, you can't use them to mount a transducer, can't use them for a stakeout pole, and can't use standard carts with them. Grrrr...
