I just purchased a Hobie i9s inflatable kayak. I'm of small stature (5'1" and 118 lbs.) and find this kayak to be extremely heavy when trying to load it into the back of my Subaru Imprezza.

Was wondering if it wouldn't be best (and save my back) to just put the kayak and accessories in separately instead of trying to load everything that is packed into the carrying case.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Jo Marie

Jo Marie, don't see why not. Maybe you can get a large lite, inexpensive duffle bag to put the accessories in. It would have to be a long one to fit the mirage drive in, but should be able to find something that would hold that and all the other stuff. Dave aka: Beachpotato
