Yes my Cat is named Hobie, I borrowed his chair and put in my Hobie i12 kayak, I put double 2/4s on front and back of chair and 3/4x3/4 dado to keep chair in place, I put my Hobie i12 kayak seat on chair, the chair cost $33 from Amazon, the height of chair really help my back, what a big difference it made. Hi Frank,

Whats the name of that chair? I'm looking to get one but the ones I'm finding here are all too wide to fit in the i12s.

I bought the chair on Amazon, it is called Travelchair Original Cotton Duck Steel Frame, it cost now on Amazon $31.58 and free shipping, very sturdy, you will need to put two 2x4 on front and back of the chair so it is high enough to clear the sides of the tubes and ruttier cable, the 3x4inch x 3x4inch dado on the 2x4 helps keep the chair in place, you sit up high and a lot easier on my back.
