Looks good, I assume those Are permanent welds you did your self? Thanks, just got an i11 and looking to deck it out a little.

Could you pls advise if Hobie have any plans to install a Bimini mount to their iTrek kayaks?
I located a previous post from a user indicating that they had modified their inflatable for a Bimini but the photos would not open. Ideally, Hobie would include a factory designed modification.

A request for sail//bimini socket was put in years ago. But probably can improvise, attaching to existing loops and grab handles, esp for itrek 11. Make a 3 line tripod forward with plenty of forward pull:

Update: The 2024 iTrek models do have an accessory mount and can be fitted with the Hobie bimini without any modification.

No mention of whether a sail kit can be used with this mount.
