Here in Flanders we have canals and a small coastregion of 40 miles to the Northsea.
If we want to enjoy our kayak we go to Holland, it is a waterparadise, the Dutch are real experts in watermanagement.
The "Veerse Meer" Is a lake near the sea, after a dessastrous flood in the 50's they cut it of from the sea.
It's a playgarden for everything that floats.
It was our first trip on a 'large' watersurface. As newbies we gained confidence in our Oasis, we even enyoid some wakeriding.
