Great spring fed river. Crystal clear waters. State park at head spring but suggest launching at the county park, KP Hole, they have a canoe/kayak launch as well as restrooms, concessions and secure parking. The trek at the state park is about 1800' to the water from the parking area. Fishing, snorkeling and diving are all allowed OUTSIDE the state park boundary, yet another reason to launch from the KP Hole park. Wife and I go there often and love it. |
