I have been told that the '09 AI's will be shipping in late August to early September, and that there will be changes, but no one knows what. Rather than get an '08 at this point, I have chosen to wait for an '09 since I have a demo to sail until they arrive. My question to Hobie, is will all the upgrades like the ones associated with the mast base and the rudder be standard on the new boats? |

I do not expect any changes to the 2009 Adventure Island. All recent changes were included with the 2008. |

Thanks Matt. I don't know if I was told to expect changes in the 2009 just to sell a new boat. Is your company still shipping 2008 boats to dealers if there is an order? |

Yes, still shipping 2008 models. Serial number changes happen in July, so will be shipping 2009 serial numbers in soem cases. |
