I am looking for a good cooler to carry with me while I am fishing. What kind work well on the boat and how do you store them?

Thanks,

Keith

I currently use a couple smaller coolers that I store in the front hatch.
I too would be interested in hearing about other cooler options.

Hobie makes a small soft cooler that we have found to be perfect for our day trips. We fill it with ice and refresh our water bottles with the ice from the cooler.

We use a "Cube" cooler, strapped to the stern area with the bungees. We've put smaller, six pack sized ones in the bow, but lately I have been trying to keep weight out of the bow. And putting it on the stern helps raise the bow, too.
