Hi, As a new member and owner of a AI I can tell that I love this thing. I lived in the south of the netherland and there is plenty of water arround! I was looking for a decal of a sharkhead, bur only find one somewhere in canada. So I made one myself. And as the AI is not e sheap ship, I need some extra money ! If you like the decal, give me a mail or a tweet at @rudyprager Greetings from the netherlands http://www.rudysign.nl/Hobie/sharkhead.html |

I don't think a shark's for me but I think this is very cool. It would be great to have a selection of bow art. Timo |

the front of any sailing vessel is called the bow, and any art or graphics used on the bow could be called bow-art. would you be able to do it in different colours? gary |

Nice! I like the effect the gills add to it. |

Great job! I would like to add a name onto my amas and am curious as to what type of material you used for the decals. Is it holding up well? Hobie Cat said that it is hard to find paint that works on the AI, so your decal material may be just the thing. Thank you for sharing the fun. |

way cool. I have always wanted to sail in the canals of the Lower Countries. Presently trying to get a quote on either container shipment from Canada to Budapest up the River to get to Holland. Another way might be up the Rhine (if I don't get killed in the process from high speed barges) Another idea is to buy a TI and cruise the old canals of England. Either way I like your shark idea. I put my logo on top as it is easier to see for a heli just in case. Be well, friend Trinomite |

Anyone asking on how to add a decal to their boat, look up any local sign shop. These guys do entire buses or bigger. They use a process that is salt water stable. If they can do a bus, I'm sure they can make a few decals to stick on your bow, foredeck, forehead, dickhead, etc Cheers |

Rob & Amy You got a brown English Springer. I have a B&W male 10 years old. Ok that makes us life long Springer Buddies (Boing, boing, K, boing) |

Kayakyak Hobie is right, best to stick with decals. For Marine use sign makers use normal inks but add an extra layer almost like a 'clear coat' used on car finishes to avoid sun fade and scratch protection. It should last you for years unless you abuse it Fred |
