I went to the hardware store took a scupper plug with me, while trying to see what type of plastic tubing fitted and found one that fits tight inside the supper plug not sure the size but here is what is on the 1foot tubbing, (7/16"OD x 5/16" ID vinyl) Drilled a hole in the supper so water can drain from the seat, I cut the tubbing in 2", sliced two cuts near the bottom area. Here are the pics, going to test it out soon.

I took the pics down, but i got the idea from halibu77 here is his video check it out.

What keeps the water from coming in instead of going out? 8)

I'm not understanding what you did, you didn't include a picture of the finished product and I don't understand what "I cut the tubbing in 2"" means. In 2 inch what?? Scuppers are longer than two inches, so I don't know what that could be. What are the two blurry pictures showing?

Well I did test it, but it did not work out that great. there was still a puddle of water in the seat area. I am not going to fight it, its allways going to be wet down there, good thing is its super hot in Texas, so the water is nice to have :) SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION. But i think if i make the tubbing longer it just might work while sailing.
