The bungies in my hand rail are comming apart, is the rail bolted through or blinde. can i take the bolts out with out having to crawl inside to reatach the nuts? |

You'll have to remove the rails from the boat. The bungees are threaded through the pipe (rail) and out through the nylon end and secured there with a knot around a small washer. The nylon ends are fastened, on one end, with a single rivet. On the other the end will just slip off. It's a not a big deal to replace the bungees. |
