Spotted this in another forum. it looks similar to a PA Vantage seat. Was shown fitted in an Outback, so I would imagine it would fit Islands (although I could be wrong). Price is $US179

That's a Jackson Kayak seat. It was introduced in their then new Coosa. I have one and it is a nice seat. Won't fit either of my Islands, however. At least not without some modifications.

It doesn't offer any of the adjustments of the new PA Vantage seat. It's just a simple tube and fabric seat. You can adjust seat back angle, that's all.

I have this seat on my AI. I'll post some pictures once I am able to take a few. I also have an Outback. The seat section on the Outback is not the same and much harder to fit on the AI. Feel free to PM me for a few as well- it would be easier for me.

I actually padded my rear crossbar section and placed the seat ont op of them. Fits like a glove with (4mm neoprene wrapped on the bars). For the front portion, I rigged a PVC device that the front of the seat sits on. Cant beat it for fishing! Zero stability issues- On the downside.... You have to tack and pick your lines because the Sail line is right in your head.... I added a barber hauler with the harken double pulley- helps a lot, but longer to set up, more lines...

I do feel like its my mini Pro Angler while fishing :)
