Boats are fun but the are magnets for a lot of gear. I say I am a Fleet Captain because I now have three kayaks, all Hobie. One boat is a tandem Island so that makes FOUR sets of mirage drives, paddles, seats, haka, pfd's fishing gear, blah blah blah. I was curious if you DIY folks would share (PIC) of your work/storage spaces. I have a chance to refresh my side of the garage and want to do a better job at storing my drives and gear. This is the ugly truth (current conditions). I have one space for TALL stuff (paddles and fishing rods) and a work bench that has become a shelf.

The shop bench has been my dinning room table much to my wife's horror. I would like my shop bench back but I need to store stuff in a dry secure place. Two of those kayaks are hanging from the garage ceiling, partially over my car.

Wow, I though I was living in clutter... I don't have three hobies, just two.

I can house two more on the opposing side of my garage if needed.Image

Yes, storing the mirage drive with the boats seems like a good plan of attack. I see you have a Railblaza for your AI. Thanks for the picture. Very tidy. :D
