As Jim mentioned, the soft roll-top closure dry bags (as well as some of the newer truly waterproof zipper access duffels) will be your best options as far as large storage volume and overall space efficiency. I also have an assortment of bags, duffels, and compression sacks from Outdoor Research and NRS that I've used for everything from offshore day trips to multi-day expeditions without any water intrusion issues, and the smaller ones are easy to stow inside your hull hatches as well. My pelican cases still get a ton of use, though they can present a challenge when it comes to being relatively heavy/cumbersome. They're fantastic for quick access while still providing incredible protection though, so I typically just use a couple of smaller ones (for electronics, phones and keys, etc.) that store underneath and behind the seats, then some mid-sized ones whenever I take camera gear along (the entire 'storm' series from pelican is excellent!) and lash them to the akas. I've only sailed the TI with my largest case twice so far, and admit it felt a bit ridiculous (but it allowed me to bring/ride 'onewheels' in some cool places).
