Hello,

I have a 13' Hobie Wave sailboat, with the optional backrests, for sale.

The Wave is in great condition, and the only reason that I am selling is to buy a Getaway. The Wave also has the $1,000 optional backrests installed. My friends love the backrests, because it keeps everyone safely within the hulls of the boat, and provides a good lounging position.

I do not have a trailer, so the boat is for pick-up only. I am located in Baltimore, MD.

I am asking $4,000 obo, which I believe is a fair price considering the cost of the added backrests. If interested, please email me at ricig@vt.edu. Thanks.

Guys,

Am I asking too much? I have already placed a deposit on a Getaway, so I would really like to sell my Wave soon.

Please email me at ricig@vt.edu with any reasonable offers. Thanks.

I think your asking price is right on, you just need more details and pictures work wonders to sell a cat. Also consider Craigslist and eBay classifieds for more exposure. PM me if need more help as I've successfully sold my previous cats in local are without too much hassle. Good luck!

Ok guys, to sweeten the pot, I am willing to deliver it to your house, assuming that you live close to Baltimore, and pay the asking price.

Or, if you live near Miami, I can deliver it there as well (there is where I am going to pick-up my Getaway).

Thanks.

NEW LOWER PRICE:

$2,500, obo for the Hobie Wave, without backrests (I decided to keep the backrests myself to use on another project).

The boat does not have a trailer, but I can deliver it to South Florida or somewhere local to Baltimore. Pictures are available upon request.

Please email me at ricig@vt.edu. Thanks.

Yes, the Hobie Wave is still for sale.

I just learned how to read the serial number, so it is a 2007.

With backrests = $3,500

Without backrests = $2,500

Thanks.
