Does anyone have a photo I could look at? I don't think I have mine set up right; the sail only goes in a little bit before the furler stops spinning. (yes the sail clew is unhooked). Its turns freely by hand though so I'm sure I have it set up wrong. On a positive note I did get the boat in the water for a few hours yesterday- so fun!
